THE BLUE PRINT
The Event Explained
The London International Festival is a unique event that will celebrate the depth and richness of our global heritage, culture and trade. The Festival will bring together over 70 countries on a hitherto unprecedented scale in London over three days in the summer. The event will provide a platform to showcase the arts, culture, food, produce, folklore and heritage of participating countries.
The event will be heralded by a concerted global marketing and publicity campaign which will run over 6 months period ensuring that participating nations reap the benefits beyond the three days of participation.
On another level the Festival will promote closer trade links between countries and provide real opportunities and profits for participating businesses. The event will also uphold common concerns for our shared environment and scarce natural resources. Ultimately, the aim of the L.I.F. is to promote a deeper understanding and respect for the differences and highlight the similarities between the cultures and peoples of the world.
